Designed by Estudio Cano Lasso & commissioned by Second Home, this large workspace features some amenities operated by outside providers, namely an in-house restaurant and a crèche for members and staff. The design itself features a new, translucent ETFE fabric façade pulled tight around several large steel tripods, exposing the workspaces to the busy street below.

The desks in this building are mostly semi-enclosed and semi-private—representing the more open and collaborative nature of the work in this part of the city. The higher ratio of amenities to desk spaces in this project encourages this by maximizing the spaces for socializing.
